If you do not pass the RFPT EM exam on your first attempt, ASTTBC allows for retakes. Typically, there is a mandatory waiting period between attempts to allow for further study. Note that additional examination fees apply for every retake. ASTTBC may limit the number of attempts within a calendar year. It is highly recommended to review your previous exam's performance breakdown (if provided) to focus your studies on weak areas before re-applying for the test.
